I'm so excited. Yesterday on our way to Micheals to pick up our paints for the girls fathers day gifts to their dad, I had an idea for the shirt. We are going to paint Hands On Dad using a stencil and then put their hand prints on the shirt. We also got a coffee mug from the dollar tree last week that was plain white but we now have paint to use on it. I couldn't find the hand crank meat grinder he wanted at kmart and the girls were starting to get tired so we called it a day. First thing today we will be painting the shirt and the mug so it has time to dry and we can hide it before Dad gets home. We are also going to finish up with the letter M. Since we are doing the painting we won't do much today. I will flip through a calender and go over the months of the year then go back to March and May and Monday and talk about those. Monday even though we will start on a new letter next week we are going to a magic show at the library. I am amazed by the amount of things they offer at this one library. This summer they will have a clown, fireman, and a puppet master lol. I'm sure they had more. Also at one of our bookstores Curious George will be there. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

Today we will still be working on the letter M. We will learn about mailing things. We will make a envelope using this template. I will also do a memory game today. I will put objects on a tray and let them look at it and see which ones they remember. Maid we will dust their room today. I think they like spraying the furniture more then wiping it. Last night we read a story on magic called The Princess and the Magic Locket. I want to look for a story about the man in the moon. Then tonight take them outside to find the moon. We will be cuting out the letter Mm that I drew as box letters. If we have time I want to explain what a meteorologist does and show them one on TV. Should be a fun day. I also have plans to take them swimming. Nothing to do with M but a nice way to cool off and relax not to mention exercise for me lol. Today the sale ads come out for the stores so I will also start making my grocery list for this upcoming weekend.

My girls are still too young to know the difference between school time and summer break so we have been working on our letters. This week we are working on the letter M. I try to make it as fun as possible to keep their attention. We write, color, cut, glue, dance, sing, and do a job starting with the letter M. Since this week is M we are doing a manicure today, monkey dance while listening to music, we will cut a mickey mouse puzzle and glue it, a maze and play a match game. My floor also needs to be mopped and mop starts with the letter M so I will put wipes on their feet and let them mop the floor as I mop. We have a busy day and it started kind of late since I had to call to get my scanner working.

I hope everyone has a good week. May it rain freebies since its so hot outside and no rain in the forecast. I like to stay inside during the day until the evening when it starts to get cool out. I read somewhere to not go outside between 10am-4pm. The girls playhouse is up and is super cute. I will make sure they get to play in it but only in the afternoon unless there is some way to keep them cooled off.

The only time I can do this blog is if I get up earlier then everyone else or if I get a break from doing something else. Hubby complained that I am on this computer 24/7 and I don't realize how much I am on it. I don't know if old age is making him blind. So I am pissed about that comment and keep bringing it up. He leaves 1 hour early to go to the gym everyday no matter what is going on. Unless his family is in town. He is going to pass a comment about me. This is my me time I don't get any time off except on here when everyone else is asleep still.
