Working Out

After being asked if I was pregnant again at a recent party, I have been trying to do some kind of work out. I love, love my kinect on the xbox. Dance Central is the game that I have been playing. It helps me drink alot of water. In between songs while they are adding up points I grab a sip of water. Its a fun way to work out. When I win all the games I will get dance central 2. I also do twist every other day. Of course sit ups when I remember. Anyway today I ran across this website with many different free work outs. Changing things up every now and then is a good way to keep your work out from going dull. Have fun and happy workout. I will also try this drink recipe. Its suppose to help your metabolism and its something different then drinking just plan water all the time.

The Crunchy Roll

Yes I was craving sushi again and ate it. I ordered the Crunchy Roll for $4.50 and asked them to cut it into 8 pieces even though it was still a bit too big I was able to chew it a bit better then before. I really enjoyed this one. I love the little containers it comes in also. They are so pretty. The crunchy roll has tempura batter (crunchy part) , avocado, shrimp. Topped with sesame seeds. I got a to go menu so I can keep track of what I order and how it taste. I did add to my list want to try. Snow crab roll and a smoked salmon roll. My oldest wants to try sushi so next time I will order the cucumber roll for her and ask for them to cut it into 10 pieces. Until next time.

I earned .55 cents from shopping at winn dixie. Paid $2.64 per gallon today. It was nice to know I am getting good gas for cheaper then everyone else is getting the cheap gas.

Sushi Journey

 

I have tried sushi many times before but always ordered the wrong things. I do not like the ones that taste like raw fish. Last night I was expressing this to my brother because he loves sushi. So we decided that is what we will have for dinner. Since it was Sunday a lot of places are closed. We decided to order from Sake Cafe in Harahan. My brother ordered the crawfish roll - it was good but pretty spicy and nothing raw in it. He also had the spicy tuna roll- too spicy for me but it was okay once you got pass the burning in your mouth and yes it is raw tuna but so small you can not taste it. I ordered the california roll- crab meat is in that one. I really enjoyed it. I also tried the big easy rolls because my mom thought that was the ones she ordered. When I opened it up there were 3 big pieces of raw fish. I soaked it in soy sauce to try and kill the raw fish taste but it didn't work. It could of been also that they were cut too big. So lesson learned no big easy rolls for me. I did wake up wanting sushi. Next time I will try the crunchy roll and maybe the rock and roll roll. Also ask them to cut it into more pieces so I can fit it in my mouth easier.
