Example of contacting companies
A couple of weeks ago I posted about contacting Ocean spray. I recieved a coupon for a free 64 oz bottle of cranberry juice. I combined that with the BOGO sale this week at CVS and was able to get 2 bottles for free. Free taste so much better.
Cheap Milk
Piggly Wiggly in Westwego still has the cheapest milk. Barbe's 2% $4.05 a gallon. When you buy 4 gallons a week you have to make sure you are getting the best deal. Savings of $2.40 each week.

I am really starting to like Winn Dixie more and more. Their BOGO sales got me hooked. Its almost like double coupons since you get to use 2 coupons on a BOGO sale. I always love when you get to the store and find out something is cheaper than you thought it to be. Today I picked up:

McDonalds coupon book
My mom purchased my girls the $1.00 coupon book for valentines day. It comes with many different coupons inside. 3- free hamburgers, 3- free apple juice or white milk 3- free apple slices or 3- free small cones.
You can only use 1 per visit and children have to be under 12 years old. We visited a McDonalds yesterday and while there I seen they were advertising one for spring. Nice to have when you are on the go and the kids want alittle something to eat. Even if you just use the hamburger and buy a $1 fry with it whole meal minus the drink so pick some up. The ones I have don't expire until May 29 so they are good for a while.

Found out about the Craig touch screen MP3 players were advertised for $49.99 and you get a $10 CVS cash card back. They were ringing up for $9.99 and you could still get the cash card. I wasn't lucky enough to find any. Wrong place at the wrong time. Manager at one CVS said a lady purchased 6 when they first opened the store.
I did find some good deals on other things.
I purchased the wireless air 60 game system for only $40.00 for $4.99
Zone 3D game system only reg. $60 got it for $4.99
Wireless hunting video game system reg $40.00 got it for $4.99
my favorite one which will come in handy for years to come a lightblast entertainment projector reg. $100 got it for $19.99.
Very excited for Easter.
There are other things that are half price. Slap Wrist Watches reg $4.99.
Check different things in your store. Some have reported portable DVD players for only $20.00.
Sounds like a good time to stock up for Christmas. If I had the space I know I would.

For some reason alot of things didn't go as planned. They are out of the paper plates. The $4 that was suppose to come off the one a day wasn't working at my store. The vanilla oreos were not ringing up $2.50. I did everything in 1 transaction and didn't expect Register Rewards back but was surprised.

Contacting companies
Today I am emailing Ocean spray . Emailing companies is a good idea when you want coupons for their products that you can not get. Something very simple to do. It would be nice for me to have a coupon for cranberry juice for next weekend but don't think I will. Just let the company know that you like their product and about joining their mailing list.

Hi
Sleep now a days is so hard for me. My daughter has been sick for about a month now. She has a sinus drip and it makes her throw up often. Even when she isn't throwing up I have dreams that she threw up on me so I wake up trying to figure out where she threw up at. Anyway. I found this awesome site I wanted to share with you guys. Front page freebies she post everyday. Yep unlike me and she post contact information for companies. I have been following her for about a week now and contacting all the companies she post. It makes it so easy b/c she is keeping track of who and finding it for me. I was also able to get a free veggietale dvd for my kids for free and other great deals. So check her out.

I have been wanting to try pediasure sidekicks for a while now but never cared for the price of them. This upcoming week at CVS they are on sale for $6.49 and if you buy $25 worth you get a $10 ECB. So I will buy 4 packs = $25.96 -$3x4 MFQ found in SS 7/24/11 = 13.96 - $10 ECB = 3.96/4= .99 each 4pack can't beat that. My kids don't eat right and if they like these that would be a good for them and good for my pocket book.
I recently joined recycle bank. You earn points for watching different videos, pledging or even quizes. With these points you can earn coupons. I just requested one to be mailed out to me today for $1 off of coke product. If you haven't joined yet do so your missing out on some great offers.
